So recently Cody Linley (who is a complete fox) was spotted partying. Now maybe for a normal nineteen year old guy going to a party, sucking face with some chicks, being written on with sharpies, and getting completely trashed is nothing new to anyone, but say it is a celebrity.. from Although i hate when people are dumb enough to be drunk in public and they can't control themselves and as much as it is their fault I feel bad for him because he is a teenage guy.
